Mako Technology Labs LLC (“Mako,” “we,” “us”) publishes mobile and web applications including Barbell531. This Privacy Policy explains how the Barbell531 application handles information.

Overview

Barbell531 is designed to function primarily as a personal workout tracking tool. The app does not require user accounts and does not transmit personal data to servers operated by Mako Technology Labs LLC.

Health and Fitness Data

Barbell531 allows users to log and track strength training activity. As part of its core functionality, the app stores health and fitness related data that the user manually enters into the app.

This data may include:

• Exercises performed
• Sets, repetitions, and weight lifted
• Training sessions and workout history
• Assistance exercises
• Progression information used by the 5/3/1 training method
• Notes or comments entered by the user

This information is used solely to provide the functionality of tracking workouts and reviewing training progress over time.

Health and fitness data entered into Barbell531:

• Is stored locally on the user's device.
• Is not transmitted to Mako Technology Labs LLC.
• Is not sold, shared, or provided to third parties.
• Is only accessible by the user within the application.

Information We Collect

Mako Technology Labs LLC does not collect, transmit, or store personal information from users of Barbell531.

The app operates primarily using local storage on the user's device. No user accounts, email addresses, or identifying information are required to use the application.

Local Storage of Training Data

All workout and progress data entered into the app is stored locally on your device. This information is used only to support the core functionality of the application.

Mako Technology Labs LLC does not operate servers or cloud services for this application and therefore does not have access to the data stored within the app.

Third-Party Services

Barbell531 currently does not include:

• Analytics services
• Third-party tracking technologies

If third-party services such as analytics or crash reporting are introduced in the future to improve app stability or usability, this Privacy Policy will be updated to clearly disclose what data is collected and how it is used.

Health Platform Integrations

Barbell531 does not currently access or integrate with Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or other health platform APIs.

All data stored by Barbell531 remains on your device and is retained only while the application is installed.

You may delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting workout entries inside the application
• Clearing the application's storage through your device settings
• Uninstalling the application, which removes all locally stored data
