This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Mako Technology Labs LLC (“Mako,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Practice Signal application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
The App provides tools for logging sessions and reflecting on practice patterns (for example, effort, outcome, and intention). It is intended for general informational and self-reflection purposes only and does not provide medical, mental health, nutritional, legal, or professional coaching advice.
We aim to provide useful calculations, summaries, and insights, but we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated or displayed by the App. You are responsible for how you interpret and use App output.
You use the App at your own risk. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions related to your training, recovery, health, work, or other activities. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mako disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made using App content, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.
The App and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Mako or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
We may terminate this license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and uninstall the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
