This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Mako Technology Labs LLC (“Mako,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Barbell531 application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Mako Technology Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
The App provides tools for tracking and organizing strength training workouts based on the 5/3/1 training methodology. The App is intended for general fitness tracking and informational purposes only and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional training advice.
While the App may calculate suggested weights, percentages, sets, and training cycles, Mako Technology Labs LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, calculations, or recommendations generated by the App. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any training program or weight before performing an exercise.
You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using the App, you agree that you are solely responsible for your health, safety, and training decisions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before beginning any exercise program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mako Technology Labs LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, training-related injuries, data loss, device issues, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The App and all associated intellectual property rights, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Mako Technology Labs LLC or its licensors. This EULA grants only a license to use the App and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.
This license is effective until terminated. Mako Technology Labs LLC may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from all devices.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
